SBS's educational current affairs program 'Kininara Hanashi Y' is expected to cover the sexual crime incident involving Tail. If the charges are confirmed, under South Korea's special law on the punishment of sexual violence crimes, he could face over seven years of imprisonment or life imprisonment.
