WINNER's Kang Seung Yoon will make a comeback with his 2nd full album 'PAGE 2' full of new charm. His agency YG ENTERTAINMENT released the 'KANG SEUNG YOON 2nd FULL ALBUM [PAGE 2] CONCEPT PHOTO' through official SNS on the afternoon of October 23. All concept photos of the new album, which had been released sequentially since the 20th, have now been unveiled.
