On October 7 (Saturday) and 8 (Sunday) last year, 2PM held a concert in their complete form at Tokyo's Ariake Arena for the first time in about seven years, showcasing their power. About a year later, three members from 2PM, Jun. K, Nichkhun, and Wooyoung, returned to the same Ariake Arena for a premium live event. Titled 'Jun. K, NICHKHUN, WOOYOUNG (From 2PM) Premium Live 2024 [ENWJ]', the performances held on September 7 (Saturday) and 8 (Sunday) featured not only group performances but also individual solo performances, making it a truly premium live show. On the final day, September 8 (Sunday), the audience was filled with excitement as the lights illuminated the seats, and 2PM's 'HOT' began to play. Fans were thrilled and sang along, raising the energy level before the lights dimmed to welcome the opening of the premium live. Three LED video pillars were on stage, displaying images of each member, and then Jun. K, Nichkhun, and Wooyoung appeared from within the pillars to loud cheers. As 'HIGHER' started, the fans' excitement soared even higher. Without pause, they performed 'Imagine' followed by Jun. K's greeting, 'I've missed you all so much!' Each member then introduced themselves, explaining the meaning behind the title 'ENWJ' and the logo designed by Nichkhun, indicating that they had prepared a lot for this performance. They then took off their jackets to perform 'Breakthrough'. The first half of the stage ended with 'I'll be back -Japanese ver.-', amidst the audience's fervor. Following this, the solo stages began. The first to perform was Wooyoung, who appeared amidst chants of 'Chang Wooyoung' and performed 'Off the record' and 'Going Going'. He showcased his signature dance break at the center stage, receiving loud cheers. After expressing his joy of performing in front of fans with 'Are you all doing well?', he performed 'Just be you', which he wrote thinking of the fans, followed by 'MORE', ending his stage on a high note. Next was Jun. K, who made a grand entrance singing 'NO LOVE' from the back of the audience. His appearance on stage, singing while kneeling under the spotlight, was almost divine. He then performed his new song 'Paint this love', released on August 26, greeting the audience with 'This is Jun. K's energy!' and expressing gratitude for his recent activities. He followed with 'PHONE CALL' and 'HIGHER', and in the HIP HOP medley finale 'EVEREST', he rapped off-mic at the center stage, showcasing powerful dance moves before leaving the stage. The last solo stage was by Nichkhun, who started with 'Maybe you are', gently raising his hands, followed by 'Story of... (Japanese ver.)'. He described his stage as 'gentle, sweet, and a bit cute', and during the mashup of 'Miss Wonderful' and 'This Christmas Time', he danced cutely, filling the venue with smiles. After showcasing his beautiful singing in 'Stay In', he ended his solo stage with a medley of 'Let It Rain' and 'Umbrella', leading to a sing-along filled with love. Then came the highly anticipated second half of the three-member performance. When they appeared for 'A.D.T.O.Y.', the cheers erupted, and during a special dance break prepared for this concert, the venue was engulfed in excitement. Following 'My House -Japanese ver.-', the excitement peaked with the tie dance in 'I'm your man', and the three members left the stage. However, 2PM was not done yet. They returned to the stage with 'Stay with me', where each member expressed their gratitude for the love received since their debut, and the audience united with their debut song 'Take off'. They further stirred excitement with 'Midarete Mina' and 'NEXT Generation', sharing joy together. Responding to the unending calls for 2PM, Jun. K appeared from the stage while Nichkhun and Wooyoung emerged from the front of the audience to perform 'Hands Up'! While cherishing their time with fans, they promised to meet again, concluding the premium live. It was a three-hour experience that showcased the unique '2PM entertainment' that only they can deliver. Looking forward to each member's further success, fans eagerly await the day they perform again.
