SEVENTEEN's Dokyum and Seungkwan sang the theme song for a documentary series produced by BBC Studios. On the 10th (local time), BBC Studios released a trailer titled 'Asia' featuring an original track by Dokyum and Seungkwan through their official SNS and YouTube channel. 'Asia' is a new nature documentary series consisting of seven parts that incorporates the vast nature and diverse wildlife of Asia, following the acclaimed 'Planet Earth III'. Dokyum and Seungkwan collaborated with Bleeding Fingers Music, co-founded by legendary music director Hans Zimmer, to complete the original track for the trailer. The song was produced with SEVENTEEN's hit song makers Woozi and BUMZU, along with award-winning composers Jacob Shea and Laurentia Editha from the US BMI Film & TV Awards. The two enhanced the immersion with their beautiful voices and excellent singing ability. A part of 'Arirang' sung by the two and the Korean lyrics 'Let's breathe together' harmonized with the grand orchestral performance, creating an emotional impact. The narration was provided by the British nature documentary master, Sir David Attenborough. Dokyum and Seungkwan expressed, 'We are very honored to participate in this great series' and shared that collaborating with Sir David Attenborough and Bleeding Fingers Music was a very moving moment for them as artists who have been running to convey messages of connection and affirmation through music. Russell Emanuel, CEO of Bleeding Fingers Music, stated, 'The collaboration with SEVENTEEN perfectly matched the originality and authenticity of the trailer 'Asia'. The two poured incredible passion and energy into the music, completing an unforgettable collaboration.' 'Asia' will be broadcast on the BBC Earth channel in over 106 countries and regions. Following famous artists like Radiohead, Sia, and Coldplay, SEVENTEEN has shown remarkable influence by collaborating with this channel's nature documentary. They will release their 12th mini-album 'SPILL THE FEELS' on the 14th and will start their world tour 'SEVENTEEN [RIGHT HERE] WORLD TOUR' at Goyang Sports Complex on the 12th-13th, continuing performances in major cities in America, Japan, and Asia.
