After participating in the international sports competition held in Yokohama, SHINee's Minho immediately stood on the stage of the 'SMTOWN LIVE' Tokyo Dome performance, showcasing his excellent stamina. 'HYROX' is an international sports competition that started in Germany, combining running and functional exercises into an indoor fitness race. Recently, it has gained popularity among the MZ generation as a sport for health management and fitness improvement, marking its first entry into Japan. According to the official site, Minho achieved an impressive 15th place out of 719 participants. Prior to this, on the 11th of last month, Minho appeared on MBC's 'I Live Alone,' showcasing his preparations for participating in a triathlon, which garnered attention. In this competition, he participated in the individual category for the general public, recording an overall rank of 15th and a rank of 7th among his peers (ages 30-34), proving his solid abilities. After finishing the competition, Minho attended the press conference for 'SMTOWN LIVE' as a representative of SHINee. After the press conference, he took the stage at the 'SMTOWN LIVE' Tokyo Dome performance, delivering a passionate performance. He managed to handle the schedule of both an international competition and a large-scale concert in one day, surprising everyone.
