On KBS World, the CS Korean wave channel operated by KBS JAPAN Co., Ltd. and currently broadcasting to great acclaim, TVXQ’s Yunho will appear in the KBS World original variety show “Pop K” on the October 2 (Fri.) and October 9 (Fri.) broadcast episodes. This program consists of two separate corners, K-Beauty and K-POP, and Yunho will appear in “One-Chance Project,” hosted by Super Junior’s Shindong. Over two weeks, viewers will be shown Yunho, now in his 24th year since debut, returning to his “rookie-era self” and taking on various missions to capture viewers’ hearts while aiming for a perfect song performance (= “one chance” in Korean). Yunho, who successfully completed his first solo concert, the Asia tour, this year and is scheduled to hold a Japan tour starting Saturday, October 31, speaks candidly about the special feelings he had during his first solo concert, as well as the “sense of responsibility as a solo artist” and new emotions that are different from the stage he stands on together with Changmin as TVXQ. Furthermore, Yunho, who has been close friends with Super Junior since before their debut, talks about the “favorite Super Junior member” he chose himself, and also reveals various episodes from the time he lived with Leeteuk and Heechul during his trainee days. The truth behind the piggy bank theft incident and the overdue fee incident at a manga rental shop that occurred back then is revealed, making it a program where you can also enjoy the long-lasting friendship between them and hidden stories. Attention is focused on Yunho’s new charm, which he shows now, in his 24th year, combining the depth of a seasoned artist with the freshness of his debut days.
