Yesterday (20th), his agency, Company Soo Soo, announced through their official SNS that "we plan to take strong legal action against malicious posts that defame our artists, spread false facts, attack their character, and insult them." They continued, "We have confirmed in real-time monitoring and information provision that malicious posts insulting and defaming artists continue to be seen online." They explained, "In response, we have been collecting related materials and numerous pieces of evidence, and we have determined that we can no longer overlook the seriousness of the situation caused by these malicious posts." They added, "Therefore, we will actively collect and supplement evidence regarding malicious posts, and we will do our best to protect the rights of our artists through internal monitoring." They also requested fans to provide information through the official email if they discover any malicious posts, personal attacks, or insults against the artists, which are clear criminal acts. Company Soo Soo had also warned last November about taking legal action against defamation and malicious rumors directed at D.O.
