Prior to the official release of HYBE IM's new game "Become a Star: Knights of Veda," a Collaboration Original Soundtrack (OST) featuring SEVENTEEN's Hoshi has been announced. "Become a Star: Knights of Veda" is a 2D action RPG set in the darkness of the Plenis continent, themed around a grand story of resistance against oppression and darkness. Today (the 4th) at 6 PM, "Goddess of Despair" will be released as a new collaboration song between "Become a Star: Knights of Veda" and HYBE LABELS artists through various music sites. This song, "Goddess of Despair," features SEVENTEEN's Hoshi as the vocalist. The song is an English version of the special main theme song "Goddess of Despair" sung by Yurina Hirate, announced to be collaborating with "Become a Star: Knights of Veda" on February 28th, and both versions were composed by popular game composer Goh Shiina. The song carries the message of "moving forward without losing hope in despair" from "Become a Star: Knights of Veda." Additionally, the song has a rock taste and expresses a wide range of the game's atmosphere with Hoshi's pleasant vocals and various instrument sounds. Furthermore, to commemorate the collaboration with Hoshi, a making-of video including recording scenes will be released on the "Become a Star: Knights of Veda" official YouTube channel. This video will show the recording process with his high singing ability and his comments on participating in the song. For details on the Collaboration OST featuring Hoshi and the game, check the "Become a Star: Knights of Veda" official YouTube channel and official community. Also, in conjunction with the start of pre-registration on the 5th, an online showcase "Archive.zip" will be held through the official YouTube channel, where various contents such as the game's development process and behind-the-scenes stories will be released. In Japan, a pre-registration commemorative live broadcast will be held on March 5th at 8 PM. During the live broadcast, the full version of "Goddess of Despair" sung by Yurina Hirate will be exclusively released.
