The gravure and interview of actors Chan Giyon and Jung Woo Hee, the main characters of the JTBC new weekend drama "Not a Hero," have been released. The focus of the shoot was capturing the unique and delicate chemistry between the two, as the story depicts a man, Pok Gwijoo, who has lost his superpowers, and the suspicious woman, To Dahe, who appears before him. Jung Woo Hee commented on the shoot, "Pok Gwijoo from 'Not a Hero' is really wonderful, but Mr. Giyon I saw today was truly a model," while Chan Giyon shared his thoughts on the shoot, saying, "Sister said she was not good at gravure shoots, but she was actually very good and I was surprised." An interview was conducted after the shoot. Chan Giyon, who will resume activities in the same work after discharge, expressed his expectations for the work. Jung Woo Hee shared her thoughts on the unique aspects of the drama, saying, "In our drama, superpowers are not 'fantasy' but 'metaphor.' I think the setting of a superpower family who has lost their superpowers is a story about the latent abilities we all have. I hope it can be a comfort and healing for people who cannot express their abilities in modern society." Asked about the most necessary element in romantic acting, Jung Woo Hee replied, "Romantic acting needs to fulfill fantasy while also requiring a realistic aspect. I don't agree much with the idea that you need a lot of experience in general to be useful in acting, but I think only love requires experience. Certainly, tremendous sensitivity is necessary." Chan Giyon revealed the fun and difficulty of romantic acting, saying, "I am the type to express myself through actions rather than words. Therefore, it is difficult for me to express affection, and that is the homework to overcome in acting." The JTBC drama "Not a Hero" will premiere in Korea on May 4th at 10:30 PM.
