They explained that the effects were set up by a professional company with safety distances and directions established, and repeated inspections were conducted, but a defect in some products led to this situation. They deeply apologized to all the audience who were surprised or inconvenienced by this sudden situation. Two audience members confirmed to have been affected received immediate treatment at a temporary clinic in the venue and returned home. The company will actively support the future treatment procedures for those affected. To ascertain any additional damage and specific circumstances, they plan to send a separate guidance email to the audience who attended the performance that day. Furthermore, for the performance scheduled on September 14, they plan to exclude the problematic products and conduct more thorough safety inspections before implementing the special effects to prevent a recurrence of similar incidents. They reiterated their sincere apologies for the concern and inconvenience caused by this incident and will continue to prioritize the safety of the audience, striving to create a safer performance environment.
