This was a measure based on normal procedures, and the claim that the three do not have a willingness to settle is not true.' They emphasized, 'The three will sincerely fulfill the existing agreement and do their best to restore trust with the members and to negotiate amicably with SM.' On the 30th, SM stated, 'We are in a situation where we have won all disputes so far, and what we requested from the three was simply to provide 10% of the individual activity sales amount stipulated in the existing agreement dated June 18, 2023.' They clarified, 'However, this has not yet been fulfilled.'
