In response, the Broadcasting Communications Review Committee decided on a legal sanction of 'warning'. The committee's decision is categorized into 'no problem', 'opinion presentation stage' for administrative guidance, and legal sanctions such as 'warning', 'caution', 'program correction/modification/suspension, or disciplinary action against related parties', and 'fines'. Legal sanctions are applied as grounds for deduction during the re-licensing or re-approval of television stations and are recognized as serious disciplinary actions.
