
EVAN (formerly Heeseung of ENHYPEN) officially debuts as a solo artist. His agency, BELIFT LAB, stated today (the 11th) to a Korean media outlet that "(EVAN) is preparing to release a new song aiming for June. Detailed information will be provided through future announcements." EVAN announced on March 10 that he would be active as a solo artist independent from the group. In response, ENHYPEN restructured into a six-member group with Jungwon, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo, and Niki. In relation to this, BELIFT LAB explained, "We have discussed and considered the direction and next goals for ENHYPEN. We confirmed that Heeseung's musical orientation is clear and respected this decision through deep dialogue about each member's envisioned future and the team's direction." Through a handwritten letter, EVAN revealed, "The six years for me were filled with irreplaceable moments that words cannot express. Thanks to the countless emotions shared with the members and the fans who always filled the void warmly, I was able to step closer to a dream I thought was unreachable. That time will become one of the unforgettable shining moments for me in the future." He also stated, "After sharing the results of my work with the company and discussing for a long time how to present it, I made a big decision to follow the direction proposed by the company to approach ENGENE in a better way. I feel very sorry for surprising and worrying ENGNE, who have always poured endless love and passion into me. I will continue to run with the great love I have received from ENGENE."
