A South Korean news media reported on the 17th that SS501 is planning to release a new album aiming for early next year, which marks their 20th anniversary as a complete group, and they plan to focus on activities centered in Japan. In relation to this, a representative of Kim Hyun-joong stated through OSEN's interview, 'I have not heard about the reunion of SS501. Currently, there is no information being shared.' SS501, composed of Kim Hyun-joong, Park Jung-min, Kim Hyung-jun (the youngest), Heo Young-seng, and Kim Kyu-jong, debuted in 2005 and gained popularity both domestically and internationally with releases like 'Never Again,' 'Snow Prince,' 'Dj vu,' and 'Because My Head is Bad.' After their contract with their agency expired in 2010, group activities were suspended. Later, Heo Young-seng, Kim Kyu-jong, and Kim Hyun-joong formed SS301 and continued their activities. Kim Hyun-joong and Tensho Amane appeared at the preview of the Japan-Korea co-produced drama 'Her Time Without Her,' praising each other.
