Stray Kids released a teaser image for their new album 'SKZHOP HIPTAPE '合(HOP)'. They will release the new format album 'SKZHOP HIPTAPE '合(HOP)' and the title track 'Walkin On Water' on December 13. JYP Entertainment released the group's teaser image through their official SNS channel at 11 PM on the 20th. This teaser image, filled with Stray Kids' charm, has attracted attention with its concept reinterpreting the traditional Korean performing arts group 'Nam Sadang'. The hard taste of lip piercings and monochrome traditional instruments harmonizes beautifully with traditional Korean houses, creating a sophisticated mood. 'SKZHOP HIPTAPE '合(HOP)' is the first work of their new album format 'SKZHOP HIPTAPE'. 'SKZHOP HIPTAPE' is a coined term combining the abbreviation of the group name 'SKZ' and 'HIP HOP', meaning a new genre of music unique to Stray Kids without a formal definition. '合(HOP)' also has a double meaning of 'combination' and 'hip hop', completed by the gathering of the eight members. This album includes the title track 'Walkin On Water', as well as 'Bounce Back', 'U (Feat. TABLO)', 'Walkin On Water (HIP Ver.)', and solo stage songs from their largest world tour 'dominATE' such as 'Railway (Bang Chan)', 'Unfair (Felix)', 'HALLUCINATION (I.N)', 'Youth (Lee Know)', 'So Good (Hyunjin)', 'ULTRA (Changbin)', 'Hold my hand (Han)', and 'So, slowly, we (Seungmin)' as bonus tracks. Once again, the group production team 3RACHA, consisting of Bang Chan, Changbin, and Han, led the project, with all members credited, packing their musical colors. Stray Kids, who won trophies at the '2024 People's Choice Awards' in February and the '2024 iHeartRadio Music Awards' in April, is also nominated for the Best Compilation Soundtrack For Visual Media at the 67th Grammy Awards on February 2 (local time in the USA) for their song 'SLASH' featured in the soundtrack album of the movie 'Deadpool & Wolverine', indicating their continued global success. 'SKZHOP HIPTAPE '合(HOP)' and the title track 'Walkin On Water' will be released on December 13 at 2 PM on various music streaming sites.
