Stray Kids’ Bang Chan practiced meaningful sharing and spread a positive influence. Bang Chan recently donated 100 million won each, for a total of 200 million won, to Seoul Rehabilitation Hospital and the UNICEF Korea Committee. These donated funds are planned to be used for building a specialized rehabilitation center tailored to the ages and disease characteristics of the patients at Seoul Rehabilitation Hospital, and for recovery support for damage from the major flood in Nepal through UNICEF. Through his agency, JYP Entertainment, he conveyed warm feelings, saying, “I wanted to deliver even a little encouragement to those going through painful and difficult times. I sincerely hope that they can regain their peaceful daily lives as soon as possible.” Bang Chan’s continuous good deeds are becoming a model for the public. On October 3 last year, to commemorate his birthday, he donated a total of 200 million won to Samsung Seoul Hospital and UNICEF under the name of support for treatment expenses for pediatric and adolescent cancer patients and support for children around the world. Also, on his birthday in 2024, he delivered 100 million won to support people with developmental disabilities, and his name was listed as a member of the high-value donor group “Honor Society.” In 2025, together with the members, he also delivered donations to support recovery from wildfire damage in the Gyeongnam and Gyeongbuk regions and fire damage in Hong Kong, continuing to steadily extend a warm hand to places in need both in Korea and abroad.
