BOYNEXTDOOR's Jaehyun, Lee Jungwon, and Shin Ye Eun have been selected as MCs for the '2nd D Awards'. The announcement was made today (15th) that Jaehyun, Lee Jungwon, and Shin Ye Eun will serve as MCs. Shin Ye Eun will act as the 'Muse' of the D Awards, Lee Jungwon as the 'Guardian', and Jaehyun as the 'Frontman'. Lee Jungwon will hold the microphone for the D Awards again this year, following last year's success. He became a new heartthrob last year, showcasing stable hosting skills despite being a first-time award show MC. He also drew attention for his fashion, wearing a black velvet suit. Shin Ye Eun, who became a new Cinderella on TV through JTBC's 'Memories of 100' and Disney+'s 'Muddy Flow', will join as an MC. Unlike her drama appearances, she is expected to show her charm at the award ceremony. With a special love for K-POP, she plans to lead the D Awards. Jaehyun gained global popularity last year with BOYNEXTDOOR's 'IF I SAY, I LOVE YOU', solidifying his position as a representative of 5th generation K-POP. He also has extensive experience as an MC, having hosted Mnet's 'M COUNTDOWN' shortly after debut, where his hosting skills were recognized. The '2nd D Awards' has revealed a lineup of 14 performing groups, including P1Harmony, ENHYPEN, xikers, BOYNEXTDOOR, ZEROBASEONE, 82MAJOR, QWER, NCT WISH, NEXZ, izna, KickFlip, AHOF, AxMxP, and Choi RIB. Following the MC announcement, attention is also focused on the additional lineup and award recipients.
