It has been revealed that V of BTS (Bangtan Sonyeondan) purchased a luxury residence in Gangnam, Seoul, with full cash payment. According to the real estate registration records, on the 17th, V bought a luxury apartment with a dedicated area of 273.96 square meters in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam, for 14.2 billion won (about 150 million yen) without any financing. The property consists of 5 rooms and 3 bathrooms, is a high-end apartment building with 6 underground floors and 20 above-ground floors, housing a total of 29 households. It features a panoramic window measuring 6m in height and 11m in width, offering a view of the Han River, and it has been confirmed that actors Jang Dong-gun and Ko So-young, as well as Olympic gold medalist golfer Park In-bee, also reside there. V's sales contract was concluded in early May, and the remaining balance was fully paid on the 17th, with ownership officially transferred from the construction company.
