AB6IX will pause group activities. The agency BRANDNEW MUSIC announced today (10th) through their official channel that "the exclusive contract of AB6IX, which has walked with us since their debut on May 22, 2019, will end on May 25." BRANDNEW MUSIC stated about AB6IX's group activities, "After sufficient discussions with the members, we plan to enter a rest period after the 2026 AB6IX CONCERT '6IX TO SEVEN' held on May 23 and 24." They continued, "We are currently in deep discussions regarding re-contracting with the members and fully respect their choices." Interest in their future is growing. AB6IX debuted in May 2019. The group consists of five members: Lee Dae-hwi and Park Woo-jin, who were active as Wanna One, Lim Young-min and Kim Dong-hyun, who were active as MXM, and Jeong Eun. After Lim Young-min's departure in 2020, they have been active as a four-member group.
