Rei of IVE recently showcased her diverse talents in a cover video of 'Kiss' by ORIGINAL LOVE, displaying her unique voice and charm. The video features her engaging in everyday activities while creating a dreamy atmosphere. She also demonstrated her variety skills on shows like 'Running Man' and 'Help! Holmes,' proving her versatility as an entertainer.
The tweet translates to: "A shocking surprise in the K-POP world...! The first American girl group 'VCHA' has released a single... NiziU by Gettyimages (Gendai Business). VCHA, the second from the left is KG by Gettyimages... #NiziU"
The lawsuit filed by KG is seen as having an impact not only on VCHA and JYP but on the entire K-POP industry. Regarding the reasons for the lawsuit, KG mentioned "exploitation of child labor, neglect and abuse, and unfair contracts," among other things. I knew they weren't doing well, but I never expected it to escalate into a lawsuit, especially with the claim that "children and music are being used as tools for making money."
November: NMIXX Japan concert opposition signature campaign MAMA only features Bruno Mars and Rosé in video 143 CEO faces crisis of MADEIN due to sexual assault allegations December: President Yoon declares martial law VCHA KG files a lawsuit against JYP Jungwon and Winter in a private shisha room I hope next year will be a peaceful year, but I guess various problems will arise again~.
The tweet translates to: "VCHA withdrawal 'KG' reveals 'bruised waist' photo 'during JYP dance practice' - Debaku."
The tweet translates to: "VCHA member 'KG' leaves the group, reveals 'bruised waist' photo from 'JYP dance practice'."
The evidence submitted by VCHA's KG to the court has certain parts where Lexi's name is not hidden (I've noticed two such instances). I wonder if this is coincidental or intentional...
The tweet translates to: "The harsh situation of VCHA came through in KG's statement. Considering that NiziU is also active under the same agency, I'm worried that they might be in a similar situation... As a fan, I can only hope that they have an environment where they can work safely."
RT VCHA's KG submitted evidence to the court and has made some of it public. It mentions that after being injured, they were advised by a doctor to rest but were forced to continue practicing, and that other members also wished to leave. (There are more details linked, but it might be hard to read.) According to JYP's IR report, VCHA is scheduled for a comeback in the first half of the year, but it seems tough...
The former VCHA member KG, who filed a lawsuit for contract termination due to abuse and unfair treatment from staff, seems to be a victim of a smear campaign as well. 😑 — x.com/globalvcha/sta…
"I'm supporting VCHA. I wonder when their comeback will be. Living in a world where girl crush and lookism coexist while loving oneself as they are must be a tough path for girls in their growth period... I'm disappointed because they were my favorite members from KG."
"Two years ago, there was an audition program that I was looking forward to watching during my six months of treatment, but there were conflicts after their debut... so sad 💔 Following KG's announcement of his departure from VCHA... JYP commented, 'There were differing opinions' (Kstyle) #YahooNews news.yahoo.co.jp/articles/9ebcf…"
I think it's "natural" that VCHA's KG-chan filed a lawsuit for contract termination, and I believe "this is normal." It's just that certain people or certain individuals couldn't endure the K-POP system. Honestly, I can't help but think that anyone who thinks otherwise is out of their mind. As a K-POP fan, it's clear to me that the K-POP system is obviously flawed.
The tweet translates to: "When the news broke that VCHA's KG-chan filed a lawsuit against JYP to terminate their contract, I was surprised to see some Japanese people's reactions (not all Japanese people) saying things like 'The free Americans just couldn't handle the K-POP system' or 'Maybe they were just underestimating K-POP?' I firmly believe that the issues are 100% on the K-POP side."
"I think this can also be said about KG-chan from VCHA. For the sake of both parties, we should move forward with the contract termination."
The tweet translates to: "VCHA is making a comeback, but there's talk that KG-chan is filing a lawsuit to terminate the contract. Can they really make a comeback under these circumstances??? Could it be that they're going to do it without KG-chan?"
