The new music variety show 'Change Street', a joint production between Japan and Korea, has announced its first lineup of Japanese artists. 'Change Street', which will be broadcast for the first time on the ENA channel starting December 20, is a large-scale project produced to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the normalization of Japan-Korea relations (Directed by Oh Jun-sung). The lineup of Japanese artists was revealed on November 20. 'Change Street', jointly organized by Korea's ENA channel and Fuji TV's main terrestrial channel, is a new concept cultural project where representative artists from Korea and Japan immerse themselves in each other's cities, languages, and sensibilities, exchanging through music. The everyday lives of both countries serve as the backdrop for the stage, capturing the emotions that spread throughout the city in a special format that has garnered attention. The previously announced lineup of Korean artists includes KARA's Youngji, ASTRO's Yunsan, PENTAGON's Hui, and HYNN. The second lineup features Lee Dong-hee, Lee Sang-yi, Jung Ji-so, and MAMAMOO's Wheein, while the third lineup includes Lee Seung-gi, SUPER JUNIOR's Ryeowook, Kim Chung-ha, and TOMORROW X TOGETHER's Taehyun, showcasing a glamorous cast of singers and actors. This proves the overwhelming scale unique to 'Change Street'. On the 20th, the long-awaited first lineup of Japanese artists was revealed. The lineup includes Ai Takahashi from the popular Japanese idol group Morning Musume, rising star Rainy who is active as a singer, model, and actor, Ai Tominaka, the final winner of the 'Next Break Singer Discovery Audition', who has gained popularity in Korea with her solo concert and Korean drama OST releases, DJ KOO, a member of the popular 1990s group TRF and a representative national DJ of Japan, and KENJI03 (Hi-yunk), the main vocalist and guitarist of the rock group BACK-ON, known as Koda Kumi's husband. From singer-songwriters with a significant presence in Japan to performers with global stage experience, and artists hinting at special collaboration stages, a diverse array of captivating artists will gather to open a new stage for Japan-Korea music exchange. Expectations are rising for this precious journey where stories that began in different cities will spread as common emotions on one stage. The global music variety show 'Change Street', which connects the streets, people, and cultures of both countries on one stage, is co-produced by Forest Media, Hangang Fore ENM, and ENA, and will be broadcast on Korea's ENA channel and Japan's Fuji TV. It is scheduled to air every Saturday at 9:30 PM starting December 20.
