Hoshi of SEVENTEEN enlists. Hoshi enlisted today (16th) as an active duty soldier in the army to fulfill his duty to national defense. In July of this year, the agency Pledis Entertainment announced Hoshi and Woozi's enlistment, stating, 'As the last official activity before military enlistment, we plan to hold the 'HOSHI X WOOZI FAN CONCERT [WARNING]' performance, a video call event for the 5th full album 'HAPPY BURSTDAY', and a fan signing event. After starting service, they will not be able to participate in event schedules, but we plan to continue interacting with CARAT (the fan name) through various pre-prepared content.' Previously, member Jonghan enlisted on September 26 last year, and Wonwoo enlisted on April 3. Following this, Woozi began military service yesterday (15th), and Hoshi enlists today as an active duty soldier in the army, just like Woozi. Hoshi and Woozi formed a unit in March this year and released their 1st single 'BEAM'. The fan concert 'HOSHI X WOOZI FAN CONCERT [WARNING]' concluded on August 23-24 at the Gwangju Women's University Universiade Gymnasium. SEVENTEEN held the 'SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR [NEW_]' on the 13th and 14th at the Incheon Asiad Main Stadium, marking the start of their world tour.
