Youngjae, a member of GOT7 and active as a musical actor, has sued the production company of the musical 'Dream High 2'. Today (25th), according to Youngjae's agency ANDBUT COMPANY, Youngjae submitted a lawsuit against the production company ARTONE HOUSE this month. Youngjae performed in 'Dream High 2', which was staged last summer, but claims he has not received his performance fee. The production company asserts that they promised to pay him in the first half of the year and reached an agreement, but Youngjae's side states that they only received a report and did not agree. Previously, in December of last year, a Korean media outlet reported that some cast members of 'Dream High 2' had not been paid by the production company. At that time, the production company explained that due to the large number of personnel for the creative musical and an increase in budget beyond expectations, unpaid issues arose. They stated they have been steadily working to resolve this since September of last year and plan to organize the remaining payments this week. The creative musical 'Dream High' is a popular work based on the KBS drama 'Dream High' aired in 2011, depicting the story of the protagonists after graduating from high school. Youngjae enlisted on November 27 of last year and is currently serving as a social service worker. Recently, he donated 30 million won (about 300,000 yen) to a shelter for rescued dogs. This donation was made in the name of his beloved dog Coco, who has passed away, making it even more meaningful.
