SM Entertainment's SM3.0 enters second year with new music from RIIZE, SHINee, SUPER JUNIOR, NCT, Red Velvet, and more.

SM Entertainment (hereinafter referred to as SM) has entered its second year of "SM3.0". SM has been attracting attention as a "new sound source powerhouse" since January this year, following the opening of SHINee's Minho and SUPER JUNIOR's new unit SUPER JUNIOR-L.S.S., and starting NCT's Ten's first solo activities in February, NCT Taeyong's 2nd solo album, NCT's last group NCT WISH's full debut, Red Velvet's Wendy's 2nd mini album, and NCT DREAM's mini album in March, a glamorous lineup is announced. The performance schedule is also packed. In January, Minho's first fan concert, NCT 127's 3rd world tour, Tohoshinki's Asia tour, and SHINee's Key's solo concert were held. In February, SUPER JUNIOR-L.S.S.'s Asia tour, NCT Taeyong's first solo concert, Ten's first Asia tour, "SMTOWN LIVE 2024" marking the 20th Tokyo Dome performance, SHINee's Japan tour final and Asia tour held twice at Tokyo Dome, and in March, SHINee's Taemin's Japan solo concert will be held. The core of the SM3.0 strategy, the multi-production system, or the five production centers, is operating without a break. ONE Production is busy with NCT WISH's producing and BoA's appearance in the tvN drama "Marrying My Husband", and Girls' Generation's Taeyeon and aespa's "To.X" and "Drama" have ranked high on major music distribution sites and recorded 1st place on music shows, continuing to be long-running hits. PRISM Production is preparing for Wendy's mini album in March, following Tohoshinki's Asia tour, which proved its immense global power. In addition, NEO Production is accelerating NCT WISH's debut preparations, which herald simultaneous conquest of Korea and Japan, and plans to showcase NCT's Ten and Taeyong's solo albums in February and NCT DREAM's mini album in March. Last year, SM's album and sound source releases increased by 12% from the previous year to 64, and sales of new albums reached 20.1 million, a record high, an increase of 67% from the previous year. Concerts were also held 340 times, a significant increase of 224% from the previous year.
