BABYMONSTER, a member of YG ENTERTAINMENT, set a new record by reaching 200 million views for their debut music video as a K-POP girl group in the shortest time. According to YG ENTERTAINMENT, BABYMONSTER's official debut song "SHEESH" surpassed 200 million views on YouTube around 8:24 p.m. on the 4th day. This achievement was predicted early on. The music video ranked first in the most views within 24 hours after its release and topped the YouTube global weekly chart. It took only 10 days to reach 100 million views, setting a record for the shortest time as a debut song for a K-POP girl group. BABYMONSTER is proving to have the strongest influence on YouTube. Their pre-debut song "BATTER UP" achieved 100 million views at a very fast pace (18 days later), and 200 million views (53 days later), followed by "Stuck In The Middle," a ballad song without a performance, which reached 100 million views in 38 days. The channel has 5.37 million subscribers and a total of 1.7 billion views. BABYMONSTER will kick off a fan meeting tour in 5 regions in Asia (Tokyo, Jakarta, Singapore, Taipei, Bangkok) from May 11-12 at Tokyo's Ariake Arena, followed by a full-fledged promotion in Japan. In August, they will participate in Japan's largest music festival, "SUMMER SONIC 2024," to interact closely with fans.
