On the afternoon of the 3rd, ILLIT departed for Japan through Gimpo International Airport to perform at the music festival "JAPAN JAM 2026" being held at Soga Sports Park in Chiba City. However, today (the 4th), it was announced through the official X (formerly Twitter) of "JAPAN JAM" that the performance was canceled. The organizers stated, "Due to the impact of strong winds, we have determined that it is difficult to ensure safety within the venue. Additionally, significant disruptions have occurred in transportation schedules, leading us to cancel the event. This decision was made with the safety of participants, performing artists, and staff as our top priority. We sincerely apologize for this unfortunate news to everyone who was looking forward to this day." ILLIT, along with 27 other groups including ME:I, Yuuri, CUTIE STREET, Da-iCE, and M!LK, were scheduled to perform today.
