In preparation for the US debut in 2026, the audition program 'WORLD SCOUT THE FINAL PIECE' by HYBE × Geffen Records, which discovers Japan's top talents, will be exclusively broadcast for free on ABEMA starting in Spring 2026. Recently, the studio cast has been decided, including Rino Sashihara, Sakura Miyawaki and Kazuha from LE SSERAFIM, and Iroha and Mocha from ILLIT. 'WORLD SCOUT THE FINAL PIECE' is a scouting project led by HYBE America, which has produced many global artists including BTS, in collaboration with Geffen Records, one of the largest music companies in the world. The project will involve a large-scale audition across Japan, with HYBE's top scouting team coming to Japan, aiming for a US debut in 2026. The final member of a new girl group debuting from HYBE × Geffen Records will be discovered in Japan, alongside three participants from 'The Debut: Dream Academy' - Emily, Samara, and Lexie. The five-member studio cast, including Rino Sashihara, Sakura Miyawaki, Kazuha, Iroha, and Mocha, will oversee the auditions and draw out the passionate performances of the challengers. Expectations are high for the story leading up to the birth of the one 'main character' in 'WORLD SCOUT THE FINAL PIECE,' where Japan's top talents intersect with the world's highest-level production team. Program Overview: 'WORLD SCOUT THE FINAL PIECE' is scheduled to air in Spring 2026. Please note that the broadcast date, content, and format may change without notice. Recruitment Overview: Application Period: August 6, 2025 (Wed) to September 22, 2025 (Mon). Target: Women (She/Her) or non-binary (They/Them) with vocal or dance experience. Eligibility: Ages 15-24, must not have issues with media appearances during the audition process, and must be able to participate in all training camps and recordings from October to December 2025. The American training camp is scheduled from mid-November to the end of December 2025. Details about the judging schedule, training camps, and recording dates will be provided to successful applicants. Those currently under contract with talent agencies or labels must obtain permission from their respective agencies or labels before applying. Please prepare your passport in advance. It is essential to have the willingness and ability to relocate to Los Angeles for training after the audition ends.
