SHINee's Onyu has successfully started his first solo world tour. Onyu held the Seoul performance of his 1st world tour '2025 ONEW WORLD TOUR [ONEW THE LIVE: PERCENT (%)]' at the Olympic Handball Arena in Seoul Olympic Park on August 2-3. The second day's performance was live-streamed online. 'ONEW THE LIVE' is a brand performance that showcases Onyu's reliable live singing, marking his first world tour since his solo debut. The subtitle 'PERCENT' shares the same title as his 2nd full album, where he completed a happiness index of over 100% with his fans. Onyu presented a rich setlist of 20 songs in an all-band live format, drawing enthusiastic cheers from fans. He particularly selected many songs from his 2nd full album 'PERCENT', showing his efforts to present a unique side to his fans. Touched by a placard event stating 'Onyu is the fans' Confidence', Onyu surprised everyone by performing 'Confidence', which was not on the setlist, moving the audience. After successfully concluding the Seoul performance, Onyu shared heartfelt thoughts, stating, 'This year marks my 18th year in activity, but I still think I'm challenging new things. There are scary moments, but thinking of the fans who always support and wait for me gives me the strength to take steps forward. I want to safely finish this first solo world tour with the love of my fans. Let's be happy together.' Starting from Seoul, Onyu plans to continue performances in 16 cities worldwide, including Hong Kong, Bangkok, Tokyo, Kaohsiung, São Paulo, Santiago, Mexico City, Paris, London, Madrid, Helsinki, Copenhagen, Tilburg, Warsaw, and Berlin, engaging warmly with fans around the globe. From August 4 to August 31, he is recruiting the second phase of his fan club through the fan platform fromm store page. Members of the second phase will receive a card kit, priority reservation benefits for Onyu's solo concert and fan meeting in Korea, and priority participation rights for public broadcasts.
