NiziU's first mini-album "AWAKE" will be released on February 5, 2025, and the jacket photos for each version have been revealed. On November 12, the release of their first mini-album was announced, which includes the long-hit song "Memories" (Universal Studios Japan "Uni Spring" theme song) and "SWEET NONFICTION" (theme song for the movie "Koi Wazurai no Ellie"). The album will feature new songs such as the title track "YOAKE," "Buddy Buddy," and the exquisite ballad "AlwayS," written, composed, and produced by Motoki Ohmori of Mrs. GREEN APPLE, generating significant buzz. The limited edition A features solo visuals of the nine members smiling softly, wrapped in pure white feathers, while the "WithU" edition jacket photo, exclusive to fan club members, has also been revealed, captivating viewers. The title track "YOAKE" symbolizes the concept of "growth" and "independence," showcasing NiziU's beautiful visuals as they transition from "girls" to "adult women," raising anticipation for the upcoming songs.
