The Wonder Girls, produced by him in 2007, ignited the idol boom in Korea, and he has since produced many popular groups such as 2PM, miss A, GOT7, TWICE, Stray Kids, ITZY, and NMIXX. He has also showcased his skills in the band genre with DAY6 and Xdinary Heroes. In 2020, he served as the general producer for the joint audition project 'Nizi Project' with Sony Music, which gained attention in Japan under the name J.Y. Park. His numerous wise sayings and care for participants during the program resonated with many, leading to him being named an ideal boss. Recently, NEXZ, born from 'Nizi Project Season 2,' has gained global popularity, and he is set to debut the talented new group KickFlip. Additionally, in 2025, he was appointed as the chairman of the newly established Public Culture Exchange Committee, directly under the president, continuing to contribute to the development of the K-POP industry.
