Cheju Air will operate a 'ZEROBASEONE special painted aircraft' as a tie-up project to commemorate the release of the new album of K-POP artist ZEROBASEONE, who has a global fan base. The 'ZEROBASEONE special painted aircraft' will adopt the visuals of ZEROBASEONE's 6th mini album 'Ascend-' in its aircraft design and is scheduled to operate on international flights serviced by Cheju Air for about three months starting June 9, 2026. To commemorate the tie-up project of the 'ZEROBASEONE special painted aircraft', Cheju Air will provide limited edition boarding passes designed with ZEROBASEONE's visuals to customers who complete boarding procedures at the counter on all international routes departing from Incheon for about two months. Various events aimed at ZEROBASEONE's fan club 'ZEROSE' (official fandom name) are also planned. Until May 31, those who apply through Cheju Air's official website, app, and Japanese official SNS (Instagram, X) will be entered into a lottery for prizes including one round-trip airline ticket between Japan and Korea (for two people), five CDs signed by ZEROBASEONE, and one random photo set from ZEROBASEONE's 6th mini album 'Ascend-'. A representative from Cheju Air commented, 'This tie-up project connects the image of the aircraft's 'flight' with the message of 'ascend' that the album title 'Ascend-' signifies, aiming to deliver fresh enjoyment to fans worldwide.' They also stated, 'Through the 'ZEROBASEONE special painted aircraft', we hope fans around the world will feel closer to the Cheju Air brand along with the new album 'Ascend-'.' Currently, Cheju Air operates routes from Tokyo (Narita), Osaka (Kansai), Fukuoka, Nagoya (Chubu), Sapporo (New Chitose), Okinawa (Naha), Hakodate, Matsuyama, Shizuoka, Oita, Hiroshima, Kobe to Incheon, as well as routes from Osaka (Kansai) to Gimpo and from Tokyo (Narita), Osaka (Kansai), Sapporo (New Chitose), Fukuoka to Busan.
