ATEEZ’s “BAD” keeps topping charts and music shows months after release, proving its lasting popularity and strong album success.

ATEEZ’s “BAD” is continuing its long-hit run. ATEEZ won first place with the title track “BAD” from their 14th mini album “GOLDEN HOUR : Part.5” on SBS’s Inkigayo, broadcast on September 13. Although ATEEZ did not appear on the program that day, they rose to the top by defeating strong artists in competition and showed their presence. Even about three months after the song’s release on June 26, they added another music show first-place trophy, demonstrating unwavering popularity. ATEEZ had also won first place without appearing on MBC’s Show! Music Core, broadcast on August 22. Following their rise to the top of that program about two months after release, they have now also recorded first place on Inkigayo about three months later. This once again proved the popularity of “BAD,” which does not fade even as time passes. The upward trend is continuing on music streaming charts as well. After “BAD” entered Melon TOP100 at No. 81 immediately after release, it has steadily climbed in rank. As of the 13th, it is holding at No. 7, continuing its long hit run. Rather than remaining only with its early release results, it has increased its ranking as time has passed, showing its presence on domestic Korean music streaming charts. The album has also achieved remarkable results. “GOLDEN HOUR : Part.5” recorded 223,000 first-week sales in the United States and rose to No. 1 on the U.S. Billboard main album chart, the Billboard 200. In South Korea, its initial sales volume (sales in the first week after release) surpassed 1.88 million copies, updating its own best record. Following its global chart and album achievements, ATEEZ continues to maintain the popularity of “BAD” by also achieving a long hit on Korean music streaming charts and first place on music shows. While it is currently keeping the top spot on music shows and high positions on music streaming charts nearly three months after release, attention is also focusing on records that may be updated in the future.

SBS’s busking music program The Listen is returning for season 6, titled The Listen: The Season We Stayed. It will premiere in Korea in October. Actor Kim Soo-hyun will serve as a presenter at the 2026 THE FACT MUSIC AWARDS, to be held on September 19 at Busan Asiad Main Stadium. The event will feature a larger stage and performances by 17 acts, while Kim’s appearance marks a return to a Korean awards show after some time.
