JYP Entertainment denied the romantic relationship rumors surrounding NiziU's Nina and Mrs. GREEN APPLE's Wakai Koto. Today (5th), JYP Entertainment, Nina's agency, clarified, 'Nina and Wakai Koto have a close senior-junior relationship and are not in a romantic relationship.' Previously, on the 4th, Weekly Bunshun reported that the two were seen together, suggesting an intimate relationship. The published photos captured Nina visiting Wakai Koto's home while hiding her face with a mask and hat. Furthermore, suspicions have arisen that Wakai Koto may have been in a romantic relationship with two women simultaneously. In response to the report, NiziU's management commented, 'It is true that they became close recently due to guitar, but they are merely respecting each other as senior and junior.' Additionally, Mrs. GREEN APPLE's agency stated, 'While there are items that differ from the facts, we fundamentally leave the private matters to the individual.' NiziU is a girl group consisting entirely of Japanese members, debuting in Japan in 2020 and in Korea in 2023, and they are active both domestically and internationally. Mrs. GREEN APPLE is known for their popularity in Korea, having successfully completed their first Seoul performance in February this year.
