The full details of i-dle Soyeon’s “resignation declaration” have been revealed. On the 27th, CUBE Entertainment released the track list for Soyeon’s 1st full album, “The Best Life,” through i-dle’s official SNS channels. The album includes a variety of genre-spanning songs, including the title track “I’m Quitting (Narr. Kian84),” the powerful EDM number “STAR,” “Vegetable-Hating Song” with its unique lyrics and highly addictive melody, and “Amigo (Feat. Minsoo),” which samples pop icon Madonna’s “Like A Virgin” and adds a new arrangement, as well as “Bankroll,” “Can’t I Just Love You As You Are?,” and “Sending Romance.” The track list drew attention because it was produced in the form of a resignation letter decorated with a CRT monitor, which was mainly used up until the 2000s. Along with the reason for submitting the resignation letter—“I think I should resign to start ‘The Best Life,’ which I can no longer keep putting off”—the list of all eight tracks was gradually revealed. Prior to this, Soyeon had posted the phrase “I’m quitting” on her own SNS story, sparking various speculations. Many speculations flew around over the sudden resignation declaration just 1 year and 8 months after her contract renewal, but it was revealed that this was the title track of the album. The title track is “I’m Quitting (Narr. Kian84).” Kian84, a webtoon artist and entertainer, handled the narration, adding humor to the song. As expected of a producer representing K-pop, Soyeon participated in all the songs on her first full album, making her individuality stand out even more. A related source said, “While previewing a title track themed around ‘quitting,’ something any office worker can relate to, this is her first solo full album packed with Soyeon’s ever-evolving musical spectrum.”
i-dle leader and producer Soyeon has confirmed a solo comeback in early September, marking her first solo release in about five years and two months since her 2021 mini album Windy. Known for producing major hits like TOMBOY and Nxde, she has also collaborated internationally and recently debuted her solo song ICE BLUE RABBIT on tour.
On the afternoon of the 15th, i-dle’s Miyeon departed through Gimpo International Airport for overseas schedules. She has released her Japanese digital single "RUN AWAY," and said she relieved stress by running around various places in Japan during filming. The music video, filmed in Tokyo, has been released with a summery atmosphere.

She continues to impress through various collaborations and is set to perform at major events, including Lollapalooza Chicago.
