Tohoshinki splendidly adorned the finale of their 20th anniversary in Japan. From April 25 to 26, Tohoshinki held 'Tohoshinki 20th Anniversary LIVE IN NISSAN STADIUM ~RED OCEAN~' at Yokohama's Nissan Stadium, attracting a total of 130,000 spectators over two days, dyeing the entire stadium red as a 'RED OCEAN.' In particular, Tohoshinki, after being the first overseas artist to perform at Nissan Stadium in 2013, and following their record of the first three-day performance in Japanese concert history in 2018, achieved the record of 'most performances ever by an overseas artist' with this third Nissan Stadium concert, showcasing their overwhelming presence. Tohoshinki will update their record for 'most performances by an overseas artist at Tokyo Dome and nationwide domes' in 2025, and by 2026, they will be the only group to hold the record for 'most performances at Nissan Stadium' as an overseas artist, proving once again that they are a 'currently ongoing' artist carving unprecedented history at Japan's representative venues in their 24th year since debut. During this concert, Tohoshinki performed a diverse set of 31 songs over approximately 3 hours and 30 minutes, starting with their hit songs like 'Why? (Keep Your Head Down),' 'O'-正・反・合.,' 'Proud,' 'Survivor,' 'MAXIMUM,' and 'Reboot,' as well as the OST 'IDENTITY' from their 20th anniversary commemorative film, and 'Share The World -RED OCEAN Ver.-' performed on a trolley modeled after the 'Going Merry' and 'Sunny' ships from the anime 'ONE PIECE.' Furthermore, this concert expanded the vast stadium into one stage using a sliding deck, enhancing immersion with various effects like lighting, lifts, and fireworks in sync with the music. During the performance of 'Somebody To Love,' two members ran around the venue against a backdrop of dazzling fireworks, reaching the fans and elevating the excitement to its peak. In response, the audience stood throughout the performance, waving Tohoshinki's signature T-shaped red penlights in time with the music, and enthusiastically shouted 'T!' in unison with Tohoshinki's call of 'We are.' Tohoshinki connected with fans through their outstanding performance and fluent Japanese, delivering a highly polished concert that can be said to be the culmination of their 20th anniversary. Finally, Tohoshinki expressed heartfelt gratitude, stating, 'This was the best time of 2026. The third Nissan Stadium performance was something we accomplished together with everyone here,' and added, 'It feels like a dream to be able to stand at Nissan Stadium again. If we can bring happiness to everyone with our music, we will continue to sing with all our strength.'
