IZ*ONE's Kwon Eunbi reported to have purchased a house. According to media reports on the 16th, Kwon Eunbi signed a contract to purchase a house near Songjeong-dong for 2.4 billion won (approximately 240 million yen) on the 12th of last month. The building is said to be 3 floors underground to 3 floors above ground, with a site area of 106 square meters and a floor area of 192.45 square meters. Kwon Eunbi, who bought the building at approximately 74.85 million won (about 740,000 yen) per 3.3 square meters of site area, is expected to become the new owner after paying the remaining balance in June. In addition to Kwon Eunbi, it is known that Bada from S.E.S., singer Hong Jin-young, and actress Go So-young have also purchased buildings near Songjeong-dong. Kwon Eunbi was active as a member of the girl group IZ*ONE through Mnet's "PRODUCE48."
