SEVENTEEN’s new unit JxJ, made up of Jeonghan and Joshua, won first place on the Oricon Weekly Album Ranking dated November 2, 2026, with first-week sales of 66,000 copies for their 1st Mini Album "DREAMSCAPE." On that ranking, it is the first achievement this year for an album by a unit of overseas male artists to take No. 1. Their momentum does not stop overseas either. On the 26th, according to Hanteo Chart, an album sales tally site, it sold 804,949 copies in its first week of release (October 19 to 25) and recorded No. 1 on the weekly album chart. This album sold more than 650,000 copies on the day of release alone, updating the highest first-day sales for a K-pop unit album. The mini album entered 6th place on the worldwide iTunes album chart and rose to the top of China’s QQ Music overall "Digital Bestseller Album." The title track "12 o'clock" entered the upper ranks of domestic and overseas charts immediately after release, and also ranked 34th on the worldwide iTunes songs chart, receiving a response from global fans. The music video not only quickly reached 10 million views, but also was listed on overseas YouTube "Daily Popular Music Videos" in Korea, Singapore, Japan, Canada, the United Kingdom, and other places (dated October 19). "DREAMSCAPE" is an album that contains a dream world in which fantasies in the unconscious that bloom while sleeping and ideals one wants to achieve in reality are continuously intertwined, collide, and unfold. JxJ removes the boundary between two dreams and leads the listener into a sensory ecstasy. "12 o'clock" is a song based on dance rock that newly interprets disco and funk from the 1970s and 1980s in a modern way. A bouncy bass and rhythmic guitar playing harmonize to create a light and dynamic atmosphere. The appearance of searching for the object of one’s dreams while moving back and forth between the day, when one pursues ideals in reality, and the night, when unconscious fantasies spread, was expressed through Jeonghan and Joshua’s relaxed vocals. In particular, lyrics that can be interpreted in various ways depending on the listener stimulate imagination and double the power to draw one in. JxJ will expand the stage for its activities through "JEONGHAN X JOSHUA JOURNEY INTO [DREAMING]," which will be held in six cities in Korea and overseas. The first performance, to be held at Inspire Arena in Incheon from the 30th to the 1st of next month, boasts high popularity, as it sold out through FC membership advance reservations only. The tour will continue to Saitama, Macau, Taipei, Busan, and Hong Kong.
