YG ENTERTAINMENT (hereinafter YG) has released teaser content for all members of the new girl group BABYMONSTER. Today (23rd), YG posted "BABYMONSTER - VISUAL FILM | RAMI', 'BABYMONSTER - VISUAL PHOTO | RAMI" on their official blog. The sixth member, Haram, will be active under the new stage name Rami. In a white space, Rami captivated with photogenic poses and a model-like style. With a striking red dress and unique hair accessories, she showcased a glamorous charm that was impossible to look away from, giving an immersive feeling with her deep gaze. Rami, a Korean member who will inherit the "YG style" orthodox vocal lineage, has a soulful sensibility and excellent singing voice that belies her 16 years. She possesses solid live and dance skills, as well as the ability to reinterpret songs with her own unique personality. YG stated that the new stage name Rami was created based on the nickname the members usually called Haram, removing the 'Ha' and calling her 'Ram', and that RAMI also has a dictionary meaning of 'love', 'happiness', and 'first light'. BABYMONSTER has now unveiled all members from Chikita to Asa, Lola, Parita, Luca, and Rami. Interest is high in the refreshing swing of the six members who have finished preparing to step up to the plate, just like the signal used by baseball umpires to call the next batter, as in the title of their debut song "BATTER UP". YG's girl group BABYMONSTER, which will be showcased for the first time in about 7 years since BLACKPINK, will take a powerful first step into the global music market with the release of their debut single "BATTER UP" on the 27th of this month.
