NCT 127’s latest world tour Japan performance will be exclusively broadcast live on WOWOW on October 24. Having debuted in Korea in July 2016 and reached their 10th debut anniversary in 2026, they started their fifth world tour, “NCT 127 5TH TOUR 'NEO CITY : THE REDLINE',” in Korea in September. As can be felt from the poster, the tour name “THE REDLINE” contains the meaning of “the moment of going beyond one’s limits.” It reflects a strong desire to show NCT 127 on stage as they break through their limits and take flight toward an even wider world. NCT 127, whose tour opened at Seoul’s KSPO DOME on September 18, is scheduled to visit 10 cities. And on October 24 and 25, the Japan performances will be held at Belluna Dome in Saitama. From the two-day performance, the first day on October 24 will be broadcast live on WOWOW, and viewers can enjoy the powerful performance at home. A new wind in the K-pop world! NCT 127, the one-and-only “evolved” group, is one of the sub-units of NCT belonging to SM Entertainment. NCT is an evolved group in which, without being bound by the framework of a group, multiple derivative units are created based on various concepts, a very new form in the K-pop world at the time. The core unit among them is NCT 127. Each member boasts overwhelming singing ability, performance ability, and expressiveness, and they enjoy global popularity as an “all-rounder group.” Currently, members Doyoung and Jungwoo are serving in the military, and this tour is proceeding with five members: Taeyong, Johnny, Jaehyun, Yuta, and Haechan. For Taeyong, who was discharged in December 2025, and Jaehyun, who was discharged in May 2026, this is their first group tour in a long time. Due to the members’ enlistment, there are many changes in the performance, including singing parts. As Yuta revealed, “I don’t think we’ll ever tour with these five again,” it is a precious performance that can only be seen now. Here is the path of their 10th debut anniversary! An overwhelming Seoul performance Because this performance is being held in the milestone year of their 10th debut anniversary, the Seoul performance included hit songs loved over the past 10 years and delighted a total of 31,500 fans over three days. They performed songs with a variety of colors, from songs full of NCT 127’s unique charisma to songs with a refreshing atmosphere. The performances continued without a moment to look away. They presented a stage that made people wonder, “So they had this kind of charm,” and surprised viewers with the abilities of each member. Live broadcast of the Japan performance! The passionate stage on WOWOW NCT 127 also enjoys tremendous popularity in Japan. They made their Japan debut with “Chain” in 2018, and in 2019 they held their first Japan live tour, “NCT 127 1st Tour ‘NEO CITY : JAPAN - The Origin’,” visiting Osaka, Hiroshima, Ishikawa, Hokkaido, Fukuoka, Aichi, and Saitama. Tickets sold out immediately after going on sale, and additional performances were announced, proving the high level of attention. After successfully finishing their first Japan tour at Saitama Super Arena, they accelerated further, and in 2022 they held the Japan dome tour “NCT 127 2ND TOUR ‘NEO CITY : JAPAN - THE LINK’.” They successfully performed at Kyocera Dome Osaka, Tokyo Dome, and Vantelin Dome Nagoya, establishing their position as top artists. From “Chain” to “Colors,” released in 2024 to commemorate the sixth anniversary of their Japan debut, they have released many Japanese-language songs. In Japan, attention is focused on what kind of performance they will show, and the set list is also drawing interest. At the Seoul performance, the members described their 10th anniversary as “not the end, but a new beginning.” And imagining what lies ahead, they said, “We want to keep running past our 20th and 30th anniversaries together with the members and with Czennies (NCT’s fans). We are happy to grow older together with our fans.” They also asked, “Even though the five of us are this cool, won’t we surely be even cooler when Doyoung and Jungwoo come back next year?” further heightening expectations for the group’s future. The passionate performance that can only be seen now, while protecting the group as a whole, is a must-see. Even those who cannot visit the venue should definitely feel that stage through the live broadcast. Program overview: “Live Broadcast!
