The music festival '3rd ASIA STAR ENTERTAINER AWARDS 2026' (hereafter 'ASEA 2026') will be held on May 16 and 17 at Belluna Dome in Saitama Prefecture. The ASEA organizing committee announced today (the 18th) that Junho and Ko Yoonjung have confirmed their appearances. Junho debuted as a member of 2PM in 2008 and dominated the music industry, later expanding his activities as an actor starting with the 2013 film 'The Watchers.' He is recognized in both fields as a representative multi-entertainer. Following MBC's 'The Red Sleeve,' JTBC's 'King the Land,' he has appeared in tvN's 'Teppun Commercial' and Netflix's 'CASHERO - The Hero Has Cash.' He continues to engage with fans closely this year. Junho captivated global audiences in the Netflix variety show 'Kian's Outrageous Guesthouse 2' and plans to meet fans at 2PM's 15th anniversary concert in Japan in May. Ko Yoonjung debuted in earnest in 2019 with tvN's 'It's Okay to Not Be Okay,' gaining attention for her pure beauty and unique atmosphere. She has steadily built her acting skills and strong presence in numerous works, including Netflix's 'Sweet Home,' 'Health Teacher Ahn Eunyoung,' JTBC's 'Law School,' tvN's 'Return,' TVING's 'I Will Die Soon,' Disney+'s 'Guests of the Lighting Store,' tvN's 'Someday, a Smart Resident Life,' and the film 'Hunt.' Particularly, in January this year, she captivated global audiences with her multidimensional portrayal of top star Cha Muhee in Netflix's 'Can You Interpret Love?' Ko Yoonjung is expected to showcase a strong acting transformation in the upcoming JTBC drama 'Everyone is Fighting Their Worthlessness,' set to premiere in April. Launched in 2024, 'ASEA' has established itself as a global awards ceremony that recognizes artists who exert influence worldwide beyond Asia, showcasing high-level performances. This year, many top artists who have achieved meaningful results over the past year are expected to participate and present a magnificent stage. ATEEZ, &TEAM, ENHYPEN, Hearts2Hearts, and xikers have confirmed their appearances. Additionally, MONSTA X's Hyunwon and IVE's Rei will appear as MCs on the first day.
