Based on this policy, they are advancing the establishment of an independent multi-label system, and the establishment of 'JCONIC' will be an important initiative at its core. Through diversification of business and deepening of expertise, they aim to further strengthen competitiveness and presence in the Japanese entertainment market. The new company 'JCONIC', established on January 1, 2026, embodies the philosophy of 'creating icons of the era from Japan.' By integrating strategy, production, and management based on Japan's unique aesthetic, precision, and thought, they will cultivate and produce artists that become 'symbols' remembered by people in music, visuals, thought, and presence. With the establishment of the new company, HYBE Japan's multi-label system will also be reorganized. The organizations to which &TEAM and aoen belonged will be operated as separate entities as of January 1, 2026. YX LABELS, to which &TEAM belongs, will continue to be led by Han Hyun-rok, the representative director and CEO of HYBE Japan. Meanwhile, aoen will belong to the new company 'JCONIC' and will aim to strengthen and grow its business foundation optimized for the Japanese market and audience. Regarding the management structure of the new company 'JCONIC', Kenji Shima will serve as the representative director, and JEFF MIYAHARA will take charge of creative supervision.
