According to this, Jimin's father revealed the intention to donate the scholarship over the phone in July and recently transferred 100 million won to the Jeollabuk-do Education Office's Love Scholarship Foundation. Since 2019, Jimin has been donating 100 million won each year to one selected education office nationwide, and this marks his sixth act of kindness.
