Key of SHINee successfully finished the Seoul concert and made a splendid start to the new tour. From September 26 to 28, Key held '2025 KEYLAND: Uncanny Valley' at the Seoul Olympic Performance Ticket Link Live Arena (formerly the Olympic Handball Arena). The performances on the 27th and 28th were also streamed live online through the global platform Beyond LIVE and Weverse, allowing fans worldwide from the USA, Canada, Mexico, UK, Germany, Australia, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, and more to enjoy his stage. This concert, themed around the concept of 'meeting a different self' from his 3rd full album 'HUNTER', explored the phenomenon of 'Uncanny Valley', where non-human entities evoke strange emotions as their similarity to humans increases. The stage featured uniquely shaped LED walls, geometric structures, VCRs incorporating Key as a virtual artist, and surreal, conceptual costumes, adding accents to familiar elements. A live band session infused energy into the performance, showcasing Key's unique musical world in a solidly completed 'art performance'. Notably, Key made a strong opening with 'Strange' while riding a moving ring truss shaped like a spaceship, connecting to the theme. He overwhelmed the audience with performances of 'Helium', 'CoolAs', and 'Want Another'. The stage unfolded with a variety of vocal charms, from explosive energy in 'HUNTER', 'Trap', 'Killer', 'Heartless', 'Gasoline', 'BAD LOVE' to the captivating 'Infatuation', 'Picture Frame', and 'Novacaine'. In the encore, he performed 'Lavender Love', expressing gratitude to fans, surrounded by impressive lavender-colored confetti, evoking a bittersweet emotion. Hearing the fans' chorus, Key was moved to tears. Following the emotional atmosphere, he lifted the audience's spirits with 'GLAM' and 'This Life', which conveyed a message to enjoy the moment, keeping the excitement high until the end. After successfully concluding the Seoul concert, which marked the start of this year's tour, Key mentioned the previously held '2024 KEYLAND ON: AND ON', stating, 'I thought no concert could surpass my solo concert, but through the last encore concert, I realized it depends on me and my staff. I will continue to deliver good performances and albums that update the 'now'. I hope you neatly fold today's memories and spread them out again as beautiful memories next time.'
