No Yoon Seo, playing a devoted older sister prioritizing her younger sister, reflected, 'I didn't feel like I was suppressing myself. My parents live apart, and my sister has a big dream of being a national representative... I think I acted similarly as Yeol Um.' She further analyzed the delicate emotions and background surrounding her character's growth. Kim Min Ju, who plays a national swimming representative candidate despite having no swimming experience, shared, 'When I first read the script, I thought my personality was very similar to Ga Ul's.' She expressed her strong desire to portray Ga Ul, saying, 'I thought I would work hard on swimming. The practice was tough, but I think I got closer to Ga Ul's dream while having fun practicing with my teacher.' They also discussed the essential communication through sign language in the film. The three learned sign language over 2-3 months before filming. Notably, No Yoon Seo remarked, 'I think sign language is a very beautiful language.' She initially felt pressure but found learning sign language more enjoyable than expected. Since it is a non-verbal expression, she learned a lot about reading expressions while acting.
