Today, December 16, Akaso Eiji and Kang Hae-won from IZ*ONE appeared at the premiere event of 'Kimbap and Onigiri: The Two in Love Are Similar Yet Different' held in the city. At the event, they shared episodes from filming and talked about gourmet food related to the drama's theme. They introduced their favorite dishes from their respective countries, as well as 'battle meals' and 'memorable meals.' The two showed a close relationship while mixing Japanese and Korean, creating a warm atmosphere. The drama will start airing on TV Tokyo on January 12, 2026, at 11:06 PM. This work depicts the love story between two people of different nationalities, Japan and Korea, and is a pure love story.
