
Tail, who left NCT, has been sent to the prosecution on suspicion of sexual crimes. The Seoul Bangbae police station revealed today (the 13th) that Tail was sent for indictment on the 12th. According to the police, the female victim reported to the Seoul Bangbae police station in June this year that she was a victim of sexual crimes by Tail. It is said that Tail and SM Entertainment first recognized the fact of the accusation in mid-August. The police have recently been investigating Tail for prosecution. The specific timing and charges are not known. The first police summons investigation was conducted on August 28. On August 28, SM Entertainment stated through an official press release, "We have recently confirmed the fact that Tail has been accused in a criminal case regarding sexual crimes. We were aware of the facts regarding this matter, and upon recognizing that the case is quite serious, we determined that we could no longer continue team activities. After discussions with Tail, we decided on his departure from the group." They added, "Currently, Tail is sincerely cooperating with the police investigation, and we will provide additional information based on the progress of the investigation. We deeply apologize for the controversy caused by our artist." Tail debuted in 2016 as a member of the unit NCT U and has also been active as part of NCT 127.
