According to a report by ChosunBiz today (the 28th), Nayeon signed a contract on May 3 to purchase the land and building in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam District, Seoul, for 9.5 billion won, and completed the ownership transfer procedures on the 24th of this month. A maximum claim mortgage of 10.2 billion won (about 1.181 billion yen) has been set on this real estate. The purchased property is an aging building with one basement floor and two above-ground floors; it was expanded in 2010, and its current total floor area is 218.87 square meters (about 66 pyeong). The area of each floor is 105.38 square meters on the first floor, 73.31 square meters on the second floor, and 40.18 square meters in the basement. Recently, the building’s use has also been changed from the previous residential and neighborhood living facility to an overall neighborhood living facility. In particular, it is located on a corner lot where two roads meet, and it is evaluated as a location suitable for future use as an office building or commercial facility.
