The story unfolds with five assassins, each with their own burdens, including the legendary former assassin Daiya (Daisuke Sakuma), the second-in-command of Kazama-gumi, Kumashiro (Kippei Shiina), the cool assassin Kiryu (Yuta) who dislikes crowds due to past wounds, the hot-headed yet compassionate assassin Shin (Sho Aoyagi), and the now down-and-out former yakuza warrior Murasame (Hitoshi Ozawa).
