I personally practice Capoeira and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Since I belong to Tri-Force for Jiu-Jitsu, I can't hold training sessions at Libra. However, we are partnered with Systema Tokyo, and you can receive instruction in ground work from Sensei Kitagawa as part of the monthly fee. For grappling techniques, I recommend Systema.
