Singer Son Dong-pyo is leaving DSP Media. On August 26, DSP Media announced through its official SNS that its exclusive contract with Son Dong-pyo had ended. DSP Media revealed, “Before the end of the exclusive contract, we spent a long time deeply discussing Son Dong-pyo’s future activity direction, and after careful mutual consultation, we decided not to extend the contract and to end the exclusive contract upon the expiration of the contract period.” It continued, “We sincerely express our gratitude to Son Dong-pyo, who has walked with DSP Media until now, and we sincerely support his future ahead of a new start.” Son Dong-pyo debuted in 2019 with X1 and then worked as a member of MIRAE in 2021.
